Generosity |

| Here at Vineyard OP, we believe God cares about generosity. God has infinte resources and is the source of all wealth and possession. Our jobs, salaries, houses, cars, clothing, TVs, bedroom sets, lattes, toothpaste, 401k accounts, iPods and even our breakfast cereal are all provisions given to us by God. He gives us these resources for the furthering of his Kingdom and for blessing solely at his discretion. | ||
| The natural response to such generosity is to reflect God's character and be generous ourselves. Throughout the Bible, God calls us to be generous in support of the things he cares about: the advancement of his Kingdom, the poor, the widows, the orphans, the redemption of his creation. We believe the local church is the primary and best means by which God intends to address these things he cares about. | ||
| We say this not to diminish other ways of giving, but we believe God calls his followers to be part of a church community that cares for their local community. This means supporting this church community by giving our resources (time, money, skills) as God leads. | ||
| This online giving tool was created to provide another way for you to be able to give as God leads you. You will receive an annual charitable donation statement from Vineyard OP for any donations made through this online giving application. | ||
