Becca Andersen joined Vineyard OP's Student Ministries Staff as the Early Childhood Director in August of 2007. Becca has a love for spicy, exotic food. She and her husband David have two boys, Xander and Miles, and several house plants. Addictions - crocheting lacey doilies and eating chocolate almond coffee ice cream - but never at the same time.

David is a Kansas City area native and a VLI graduate who joined the Vineyard OP staff in December 2007 as an assistant pastor. He has sixteen years of professional IT experience, and loves asking questions like "why?" and "how does this thing work?" David is responsible for outreach, missions, the Hub community center, tech, baptism and communion. He loves music, writing, reading and bike riding. His wife is Becca Andersen, he has two boys, Xander and Miles, and a dog named Max.

Susan has been a part of the Vineyard staff since January of 2006. Her job here at Vineyard involves accounting, assisting Fred and Tom, graphics and a few other things. Someday she'd like to do some traveling, but in the mean time, she has fun just hanging out with family and friends - playing games, drinking coffee and exploring new places. When she's not hanging out with family and friends, she loves getting lost in a good book or baking something new.

Blaine joined the Vineyard team in April 2011 as the youth pastor.  He is a graduate of Missouri State University where he earned his degree in Exercise Science.  He worked 4 years as a personal trainer.  He and his wife Elizabeth have a passion for youth, camping, animals, and sports.

Matt Branson is a graduate of Kansas State University and Vineyard Leadership Institute and joined Vineyard OP staff in 2009 as the Elementary Director in Student Ministries.  Matt and his wife Brittany were the first to be married in the new building when Vineyard OP moved to 8301 Lamar.  Matt enjoys basketball, good food, geek games and protracted theological musings.  No really, just ask him about predestination.

Alexis is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University and Vineyard Leadership Institute.  She has been a part of Vineyard OP since 2000. She is the Middle School Director (5th-8th grade) in Student Ministries and has been working with this age group for six years. Alexis is passionate about a lot of things such as skydiving, shopping at IKEA, social justice, and is addicted to tall, light mocha frappacinos. Alexis and her amazing husband Daniel, love spending time with their baby daughter Nyla.

Jeff joined the Vineyard OP staff as the Director of Facilities in November 2009.  He has a degree in marketing from CMSU and has spent over 30 years in residential construction.  A native Texan, Jeff moved to Missouri in 1987 (he says he's spent half his life in Texas and half in "misery").  He enjoys watching or playing just about any sport and likes crime dramas like CSI and the sort.

John and Judith Hix left the Pacific Northwest (and their favorite Starbuck's store) and moved to Kansas in November of 2006 to be the Worship Arts Pastor at Vineyard OP. He's a graduate of the Guitar Institute of Technology in Hollywood, CA, and has been leading worship in Vineyard churches for over 20 years. He and Judith have been involved in three Vineyard church plants while raising their three children, Elizabeth, Benjamin, and Jonathan. John is particularly fond of "projectile-based entertainment", i.e. shooting sports, golf, archery, fireworks, etc.

Fred Hoffman is the pastor of Small Groups and Connecting. Fred and his wife, Maureen, are the parents of two grown sons and have been at Vineyard OP since June of 1996. Fred is a graduate of Vineyard Leadership Institute and previously served as a city policeman in Illinois and ran his own group travel business. He enjoys fishing, golfing and hunting. Please ask him about his grandchildren.

Jeanette Ross joined the Vineyard OP staff as in 2006, and is responsible for all of Student Ministries. She's married to Bob and has two sons and a daughter, Nate, Zach and Maria. Jeanette and Bob have been serving in Children's Ministries at Vineyard OP since 1993. Her desire is to lead kids into radical relationship with their God. Jeanette has been on Wheel of Fortune, where she won a trip to Taiwan and an undisclosed (not really) sum of money. The two people who've impacted her life the most are Jesus Christ and her sweet Mexican grandmother, Manuela.

Tom serves as Vineyard OP's Associate Pastor. He's a graduate of Fuller Seminary (1988) and has been involved with the Vineyard movement since 1989. Tom's an avid outdoorsman and loves being out in God's creation. Tom's varied background - US Forest Service engineer, volunteer fireman, private pilot, game show contestant, movie/TV actor, executive development officer for Christian organizations - has prepared him well for the variety of responsibilities he has here at Vineyard OP. He's responsible for Discipleship, Marriage, Recovery and Volunteer ministries at Vineyard, and also oversees facilities. Tom is married to Diane - a gifted marriage & family therapist - and they have two great children, Austin and Kristen.

Barb Toft is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Lead Pastor Mark Warner. She's been on staff since 2003. Barb is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and they have 2 grown kids, Megan and Matt, and became first-time grandparents in 2008. She also serves as the director of the Crossing bookstore and the Let There Be Latte! coffee shop. She loves movies with good theme songs, finding a real bargain, and stealing the M&Ms out of the trail mix.

Mark Warner has served as Vineyard OP's Lead Pastor since March of 2000. He has nearly thirty years of ministry experience including seven as a bi-vocational church planter and is passionate about training up young leaders. An avid "indoorsman", he enjoys reading, electronic gadgets, baseball, travel and spending time with his adorable grandchildren! Mark and his wife, Dianne, have four amazing children, two wonderful son-in-laws and three adorable grandchildren...Have I told you about my grandchildren?
