On Sunday night, March 28th, over 200 people gathered to worship God together and to demonstrate God's generous nature. The evening started with people bringing their lightly used and new shoes to the front of the auditorium and stacking them on the stage. Then the crowd worshipped together for an extended time. The second generosity event of the evening was an offering taken to be given away to three of our missions partners, both local and global. At the end of the event, when the shoes and money were counted, the Vineyard OP community collected 1,528 pairs of shoes and raised $12,897 to be divided equally among our missions partners (Kansas City Convoy of Hope, Hope Faith Ministries and a missions couple from Vineyard OP who cannot be named on the internet).
